More About My OSU Tour Experience! =D

Ok the tour was completely and utterly AMAZING!!

First we got there and they had booths set up for the various departments such as Arts & Sciences, Architecture & Engineering, etc. and each of the booths would give out handouts and stuff and answer questions. Then they had an assembly to welcome us to their open house and to tell us some about the school.

Then I went to this information session on their college of the Arts and Sciences where they told us about the programs and answered questions and even took us on a tour of the main Arts building. The main Arts building was super cool! There was a gallery for student and professor artwork to be showcased, a jewelry-making studio, and some amazing computer labs with lots of really nice up-to-date Macs with huge monitors. They told us that students enrolled in classes that use those computer labs would have 24/7 access to them.

I then ate lunch in there which is SOOOooo much better than high school food!!

After that I went to a session over financial aid for college.

Then, last but most certainly not least they took us on a tour of the campus! We got to see where most of the class buildings were, learned some history about the school, went into the recreational building which was huge (it had a huge outdoor pool, indoor rock-climbing, a track, basketball court, racquetball court, treadmills, exercise bikes, etc.), some dorms, and one of my favorite parts (besides the Arts building) the library.

Their library has six floors, at least 110 computers, a cafe (yes they actually encourage eating and drinking in the library!), they have so many books that they can't hold them all in the library, and during the time right before/during finals the library is open 24/7 for students to use. Oh yeah and they let you check out laptops for five hrs at a time there, also.

The faculty and student body were so friendly and helpful!

I felt right at home there! I am so excited!!!! XD

OSU Was AMAZING!

OH MY GOSH! OSU Stillwater was amazing! It had a wonderful campus, super friendly people, a totally cool six-floor library, a large amount of the arts, and so much more! XD I absolutely loved the whole college and I am like 99.99% sure I will go there after I graduate from high school! YAY!

The have an excellent-looking, competitive graphic design program which I could definitely see myself in!

I am soooo excited!!!!

I Want Tempted!!

I want Tempted to hurry up and be released!! I really like the HoN (House of Night) Series and I have a copy of Tempted reserved but it doesn't come out until Oct. 27 UGH! Seems as if it will be forever!

ACT Test

Yep it's about time for me to take the ACT again. I will be taking it on Oct. 24. Wish me luck! ;D

College Tour!!

Okay so I'm like super excited cause Mon. Oct. 5 I get to go to tour Oklahoma State University (OSU)! EEEEeeeek! Anyways...I'll try to get on here and tell all of you, in detail about my day at OSU. Wish me luck! lol! I have a feeling that OSU is a good place for me...hopefully this tour will help me with my decision!
